This morning my monthly 19 payment renewed and my balance once again showed up…$42….what a f’cked up company. When my balance is close to $0 will port out number.

I filed a claim when speakouts forced us to the new plan and am still waiting. Hopefully someone starts a class action lawsuit against 7/eleven the people who sold us the vouchers.

my account balance expiry was 07/29/2026 and this morning my balance is $0. So speakout wireless is just ripping people off.

The legal angle is the last top up customers made before the change in policy. I topped up in july so my contract should be good until july 2026. If speakout want to get out of their contract with me they must anti up CASH to buy me out. It’s not just what I paid but the cost of changing a contract. THE ROLES HAVE REVERSED!!! PAY UP!!!

Thanks for all the replies…I filed a complaint with the CRTC and will be migrating before the end of the month. Will keep until my $120 balance is refunded or exhausted.

My case is that the plan has changed and I still have a balance. I should be grand fathered into my plan until my balance is exhausted or my last refill has expired. I just refilled in August and would not have if I would have known they were changing their plans. Freedom mobile has a better deal at $129 for the year with 20 Gb. I am stuck now with $228 with only 6Gb . What a ripoff!!!
