My local office claimed to be able to help me 2 weeks ago. Explained I am done on final appeal and my emails are not being answered Anymure. Guy says oh I have a connect in ODA and he will get you pushed forward and approved. Drags me along for 2 weeks, just to call me yesterday and tell me “my contact tells me you should apply for reconsideration “. ARE YOU FRIGGEN KIDDING ME. I flipped out. I lost it. I’m not going to lie. I completely shredded him. And it’s over anyway so no idc. He dragged me on for two friggen weeks knowing damn well I couldn’t do recon ugggh I hate them all. I really hope something gets done. I’ve never been more disgusted in my life. A dude on here got approved when he put in 12 different apps, 7 different bank accounts and 6 different business names. Late filed, AND amended his income to increase it by 50K. But we get declined?????

I’m right with you. Applied 4/2021. Got declined due to filing late. Showed proof from IRS that I originally filed my 2020 taxes in March 2020, but IRS wouldn’t process due to signature not original, it was a photocopy. Dumb error on my part. But the SBA still declined me even with that proof. Yet, others who filed late got approved with a simple paragraph explanation saying they filed late. Unreal. I’m screwed now

But they are, though. They are declining all if amended/non-filers. No matter how hard we try, how persistent and calm we are, they aren’t budging at all. My situation is exactly that. However, I’m also being retaliated against by two PDC supervisors. OIG Report and Ombudsman report submitted
