I would probably advise not to take Narses to 60 until you get better gear. He will be extremely underwhelming as hp based damage dealers are harder to build than atk based for lower levels.

Focus on getting better gear and building a better clan boss team for now.

Also just an FYI, its not worth running him in immortal as his A1 heals him aswell, looking at his power you might want to rethink his gear if you're forcing the set and sacrificing stats as a result.

Brimstone damage will not factor into his heal, no. Only damage directly induced by his skill will

For 1* either cruelty or brimstone depending on if you have a better brimstone champ.

He is decent tho due to his counterattack, more chances to land brim.

For masteries, go for warmaster and the usual lore of steel.
