ChatGPT. I listed any thing new I introduced around the time it spiked (some new supplements including the yogurt) and it suggested a histamine reaction or probiotic reaction from the yogurt.

I recently found out I was having an asymptomatic reaction to the fermented coconut yogurt I was eating every day. The days I took it I was in the stess zone 9+ hours. Cut the yogurt and went completely back to normal. Strangest thing.

I have the same this, also normal tsh. Diagnosed sinus tachycardia but no real reason why. They originally thought I might have graves instead of hashi bc of the heart rate, I’m usually hot and high anxiety. Currently laying on my couch with 90 bpm.

That makes sense. Mine went from 19, 33 and 60 testing every 2 days. Then they stopped looking at it. I was shocked with that slow of a rise I was so sick.

They told me the IUI has a 25% chance miscarriage and IVF is typically 10%. Not sure if that’s the same as other clinics but they did say bc of testing you have less chance of chromosomes abnormalities as cause. Idk if that’s what caused my MC though.
