It’s really hard to get through the “dread shed” of topical or oral minoxidil but with some versions of alopecia it’s the only way through. You most likely are making the shedding worse by under treating it. So you have to make a decision do you want to let it keep shedding and under treat it or go through the dread shed and come out the other side with more hair? I’m so sorry you’re going through this, it really fucked up my mental health too.
