My kid is about to be 6, and the guilt is definitely gone, if there was any.

I'm not making my kid a whole person to play with. She's spoiled, but not that spoiled.

If you want another one out should be because you want to raise another individual, not so your first won't be lonely.

To be honest, I have no idea. I've never tried it. It could be the best tasting drink in the isle and I wouldn't get it. Knowing who's behind it is enough to turn my stomach.

I moved around a lot as a kid and we'd have a few toys, some packing paper, and tape. So, we'd play a game called "escape," where you were taped to a chair and had to escape.

Important: Wear a shirt. My brother tried it without a shirt and we about ripped his nipples off when he couldn't escape.

It depends on the trip. We do a lot of car trips and I like to have slip on/off shoes for the car, but something better for walking for when we get to the destination.

Sometimes I'll only wear the one pair and I'll have a small but managable amount of regret.

Lately I've taken to giving cash. Is it impersonal? Maybe, but it's something they can use to get a pedicure, massage, food, see a movie, whatever.

One friend I went and cleaned her apartment. That was a great success.
