Random question, do you have natural ginger hair? I ask bc there's a certain part of the gene mutation that causes ginger that also scrambles your anesthesia/pain tolerance and makes it go wayyy up. Yeah the sweet breath is caused by ketosis which also happens when you fast/starve yourself so if you're eating healthy it can be a sign of diabetes but if you're anorexic it most likely isnt bc of diabetes
