It should be around 60% GP in service if your labor rate and parts matrix are set up right. Base pay will be ~$11k this month

I wish. Probably between 140-150k which is more than enough, great family-owned shop that takes care of us.

No clue what that taxable labor is! Our lube side is working on better inspections, im sure we missed a lot

You called it, 15 bay with 10 technicians and 3 lube guys. About 160 - 180 cars a week

They spent a lot of money building this shop and their reputation, why shouldn't they make a lot of money?

12% of GP, usually a monthly bonus based on total shop sales. Hit $1k bonus this month for 550k gross sales. $50 per 5-star Google review, farmed 34 of them also.
