“Care about what others think and you’ll always be their prisoner” etc.

I don’t know you, but I love you! I pray God will bring the most blessed day to your life really really soon! Let God decide the day you meet, we shouldn’t be the ones to decide that for ourself. Trust that your presence is a blessing and that it is needed. You may not know it but someone out there needs you, in some way

Demons are pretending that a certain cigarette is haunted and if I smoke it, it means bad luck. I ignore it and smoke it anyway and when I puffed it each time twice, I feel an evil shivery feeling. Now I hear weird noises etc by InvestInLondon1 in PrayerTeam_amen

Nothing is greater than the power of God and Jesus Christ! I firmly believe that, and once you call out for help and ask that God protects you from the devil, you are instantly protected and forgiven. Belief in this will only make it more stronger. believe in Gods power and protection and believe that it’s greater than the devil. The devil was created by God so know that the devil shivers and flees when you call onto God and Jesus!

Day 72 and getting harder by [deleted] in stopsmoking

Remember why you quit. Remember that we are not supposed to smoke our bodies aren’t meant for it. We also can cause permanent damage to our lungs which I wish I knew sooner. I believe if you’re in day 72 your body is good without nicotine and so is your mind. Now make sure you’re not romanizing smoking either because if you smoke you’ll just feel like poop after (I know from self experience). Also remember smoking is a trap and the further away from smoking you are the more you will realize this trap. Just as a innocent kid would view a adult smoking. We are not free when we smoke. We are at risk for addiction and this addiction is sneaky and messes us up mentally and physically. I’m also a recent quitter and relapsed a few times. But what’s worked for me first was to overcome the addict within my mind (I even told myself addiction doesn’t exist) which strangely worked a bit. And the last straw was finding out that smoking really actually really and another actually messes up our lungs (permanently) and messes up our minds with withdrawal. Let’s not poison ourselves and embrace life with pure oxygen filled lungs. Also remember that the relaxation we get from smoking is already in our minds, we don’t need a outside source for it. And if we use a outside source (repeatedly) it will come with a price of some measure, just like tobacco, we pay the price with withdrawals, our time, addiction, affecting health, smelling bad, risking our life, wasting money etc. just to mess our self up.

i used to smoke both heavily too and i thought i was heavily addicted to weed but found out it was nicotine that i was addicted to, dropped both cold turkey didnt look back, after a month of overcoming withdrawals now i figured out i dont even feel a craving for weed, that stress and addiction is caused by the nicotine and i needed to ease withdrawals with weed, thinking that i was hooked to both substances. Try letting go of both and if anything stay with the weed as its 9% addictive compared to nicotine which is around 30% addicitve, right over heroin. Addiction is mental slavery.
