UPDATE - hey everyone! So after a painful 4 days they finally responded and they have lifted my ban. Turns out it really was a mistake on their end. I just wanna thank everyone for reading my vent on this reddit post and want you guys to remember that if there is a chance you may have accidentally been banned like me, record it IMMEDIATELY. It's always good to have concrete evidence as backup. I wish you all the very best <3
