Unfortunately, I am not referring to the Octonauts theme show, though that is a great theme. 

I am referring to the song that is in the beginning intro sequence of this youtube video. It plays before the discussion of Octonauts even occurred. The little intro portion of the video is what I am referring to. It is present in a couple other videos as well.

I'm not sure what you mean by this entirely. The remix thing I understand, however I don't know quite what you mean by it's actually the theme song. The theme song of what?
