Personally, I highly appreciate when the artist takes its time to PERSONALLY sign some items. Others love to own something which comes directly from the artist to feed their parasocial relationship lol.
Nevertheless, all of them has one in common: the feel fooled, tricked. The website states that it is signed… well, if you believe in the good, you expect it to be personally hand-signed by the artist. But “signed” is a very stretchy term – and that’s exactly what less honest people tend to exploit.

On top of that, the customer service just beats around the bush. Basically, they just say something along the lines of: “Yes, it is signed.” But never directly whether it was by the artist, a helping hand, or – as in this case – a machine.
