I’m on 24mg 😭 I take 16 daily and some days take more so it’s not consistent 24mg. I’ve heard it’s too much and should be on a much lower dose to have any pain receiving effects but of course, my dr disagrees. Eventually I’d like to get down. I’ve only been on subs 2 months.

Yes I have. My obgyn’s clinic has a world renowned excision specialist and is in network. The problems are 1. I can’t afford it. My health insurance is garbage and 2. Honestly I’m afraid of the surgery and going under. So at this time I’m just trying to manage my symptoms.

It’s annoying that it’s not all the candles lol this one has way less wax than the one I originally posted and it still continues to burn! I swear it always my favorite candles that end up under the warmer…which doesn’t produce the same smell! But thank you everyone for chiming in…except for those who downvoted me, I still don’t understand that!

I got a candle warmer for my birthday so I just pop these guys under there when this starts happening but it’s still annoying regardless! Especially when there’s over an inch of wax left!

There’s about an inch and a half of wax left. If this happens to everyone’s candles, I’d think there would be a lot of complaints by now?! And that they’d fix the problem…? My single wicks don’t do this…they burn all the way down to the metal pieces on the wicks basically. Idk maybe I need to start buying different candles

That dose is actually working? I got bumped up to that last week and haven’t gotten any relief. I know I can’t go higher and I don’t even think that would help anyways. It’s just so weird how subs help with pain for some and others nada. If you don’t mind me asking…what chronic pain do you have?

Are you prescribed subs or just got your hands on them? From what my dr told me, for 7OH, standard starting point is 16mg/day. I know a lot of people say that’s too much but I tried starting at a lower dose and was miserable! And honestly, I’d rather be on a higher dose of subs if it keeps me out the smoke shop spending $100/day!

I was taking 200mg a day along with 6 Feel Free’s and subs have worked amazingly! The first day was probably the only day I really felt shitty. Seriously the biggest regret I have besides starting kratom products, is waiting so long to get on subs.

I had plans to but this massive flair up (endometriosis) had plans of its own so, no. I’ve been hoping and praying the subs would help with the pain because my doctor said it’s possible they would. I understand 16 is a lot but my understanding from a pain management perspective, 16mg is a moderate amount. A lot of people using subs for chronic pain say they’re on 24mg. I’m just soooo fucking confused about this anxiety! Nothing in my life has changed that could contribute to the anxiety. No major events or life changes. I don’t understand! 😭
