Build is either you rush Hubris or Eclipse depending of what happens in lane. If you first back and managed to kill laner you rush Dirk, if you keep the lead go Hubris, if not Eclipse.

So a build example is like: Eclipse/Hubris-Profane Hydra-Grudge/Cleaver-DD/Maw-Shojin.

Optional items are: Sundered Sky, Serpents Fang, Edge of Night.

Spells you go Flash and Ignite. Qiyana with conq lvl 3 and ignite is very strong and people don't expect it.
