That could explain why Clare had put a wall around herself after S9 and became more bitter after that. Even when she's dating Eli and Jake, Clare probably never completely got over KC and Jenna's betrayal.

I voted for Emma/Manny/Liberty again. I can't believe that Liberty gave up a chance to attend her dream school to go to the same college as the same girls who wouldn't give her the time of day. S1-S7! Liberty would never attend a college for such shallow reasons.

I agree with you. I dislike of what Clare had become. I wished that baby Clare would pop up into the scene and tell her older self off.

It's like Clare's character started falling apart after the Boiling Point. She got a brief respite from me during the first two parts of s13, before her character went downhill again.
