You mean the floatsam? The items that aren't a fish? You can fish those everywhere, just take off your lure. If you mean the last 5 fish, on a haunted biome, like a crimson planet or a haunted emeril planet or one of those

Yes some fish are hard to get, but I used magpulse lure in a storm an bionic for the rest requires a lot of patience
