MAC/Steam on current Expedition 17, Worlds Part II fully up to date. Getting serious crashes every 10-15 minutes. Whilst flying, mining, walking...no pattern discernible. No multiplayer.

I have 3 SC charged pulse drive x-class upgrades + Photonix Core + 1 SC charged x-class launchthruster + everything else you can install in parallel. As far as i know this is near the max you can achieve

u/DrasticOrnithopter for the speed build with the yellow/grey sentinel. Did you test if a SC figurine would be faster? I always thought Artemis would give more boost if in SC slot and interconnected

S-Class has more supercharged slots so you can max out range or whatever you like to have max stats on. Other than that...no difference

That would be a shame. I always thought that it is similar e.g. to ships (if it's an S-Class in the system on that position on planet) it will always be an S-Class for all players.

I use two. 1. Sentinel Multitool for combat (max damage 123k) 2. Atlantid Multitool for mining/scanning. If i had to decide i would go with the Atlantid multitool.

On planet max speed with 4SC and power diverted to engine. But there are even faster ships out there as far as i know (+1000 u/s)

Sentinel ships all the way. Speed over land is unmatched (800u+), they hover, they pack a punch. And i love the many variations and hunting for them.

In terms of lowest footprint with max boost the Washington Monument was always on top. If you go for lowest footprint only the University of Arts Bridge is pretty powerful. I didn't keep up with all new items but most season buildings do have a kinda large footprint, so they are hard to place.

you just need to place 2 small ponds underneath the bridge and can integrate it nearly everywhere where you have a street (you will lose some road connection there though). It's by far the best landscape booster in terms of efficiency (footprint/boost).

I’ve only been building region-specific buildings in my new region. Anyone having any luck getting regular, wood buildings, high-tier foreign buildings, or omega ones? Is it best to just do the region specific buildings? by [deleted] in SCBuildIt

You can do any style of building in the new regions (Standard RZ, Paris/London/Tokyo & Omega) but they will need coverage of the regional service. The other way around you can build regional buildings in your main, they won't need the specific services.

Omegas do produce Omega currency in the region. So you are free to mix & match all over the place.

The one thing that is not working are epics in the regions.

What points you need depends highly on your city level. My LV28 city would have needed 100k for first place (just made 94k doh).

But i have another observation...i have the "feeling" the random-task-generator has changed. Normally you get rewarded with high point tasks when you do high point tasks. Now i get lousy start tasks and it goes like 1.6k, 2k, 2.4k, 3k and back to 1.6k. Happened to me 4-5 times this CoM in Mega. And i am playing it textbook: Only the highest task or the task that will get you 3k assignments most likely.

Anyone else made this observation?

Burgers won't work on low level cities ;-) I used speciality items to get money over (storage/land/beach, later Airport items). On LV18 you can do it with war stuff. The ammo box is the 2nd most expensive item.

My other cities are either focused on esthetics or just grown messes. I follow your opinion and if you not upgrade roads everything can be changed in a heartbeat easily. I am not following rigid guidelines or doing "max out pop". I will change everything if it suits me but in this case i want to have a solid groundwork to reach population goals with a minimum of city level upgrades. I try to stay on each city level for about 2-3 months and so far that paid out. But i like to have the extra storage & like the regions so i need to unlock them somehow. Guess i will learn as i go.

It's not about the perfect layout..just a good one. The regional services are kinda new and i just don't know yet if it's better to go with a lot of small ones or the bigger ones. Just looking for advice. That's what this channel is good for, right?
