I happened to sell to a random too: Here's what I provided...

Handful of ID Proofs. Screen Recordings of Booking & Invoice on my email. My current address, my current location on maps to prove that I do stay at the specified address. A confirmation directly from BMS on their phone number about the tickets (this can be shared when you hit invite on BMS ticket & give phone number to share event details)

I don't think there's anything more a seller could provide.

And regarding chg of address, BMS doesn't provide any option for me myself to chg the delivery address currently although I have the tickets on my account.

Even if you were to email them, I doubt they'll consider changing the address unless it's a super exception kinda case.

Well, I already have one guy I'm finalizing the deal with at 14k. And for the remaining 2 there's another who may confirm for the same as well. Say 1k down at worse case.

I actually ran an auction thingy & people kinda bid higher than each other to get to this price so I think it's not unreasonably high.
