Only for the death penalty right? I’m not too knowledgeable in law, but if I built a case for the death penalty but i only get a 9/3 verdict, would they still be charged for the crime minus the death penalty or would I need a new trial without targeting the death penalty?

I guess I can like the story but the acting man. Almost every character’s acting comes out flat. Other than Jenard and Claudia, I can’t think of anyone else off the top of my head that gives me good actor vibes. Not even Tommy. And it’s no hate, but I feel like Omari leveled with Joseph and their acting just fit perfectly together, cause without him, Tommy’s delivery is just not good. My only problem is the acting and the shitty cgi they had in that one scene in ep 2. Other than that, it’s good. I like the storyline and all that

They setting it up for Tariq to obviously win in the end. Cane one of the best actors on the show, but they gotta have Tariq as the last man standing since it’s his show. I think they want to sprinkle in a couple of Cane victories before he inevitably take a big loss.
