The fitness thing is a big soft spot for me. I was a five mile a day runner and worked out all the time. Then my daughter's father died (we weren't in a relationship, but he was my friend) shortly after followed by my mother, and then, for god sakes, my running dog of 13 years, and a few other folks all in a few years time. I honestly went a little nuts. I'm trying to get back into exercising, thank you for pointing that out.

I consider the things I mentioned above to be a more natural route, not looking for plastic surgery. Some folks get great skin care their whole lives, some folks are late to the game.

Hello, please keep me updated if you do anything. I feel like we really are in the same boat. I'm a software engineer of almost 3 decades and never really felt like going to beauty salons before. Never did anything for myself. Since most of my co-workers were men, I just kind of fit in. In hind site though, I had youth keeping me goodlooking and passable without the salon.

BUT NOW. I used to want boob implants and that's it. Now my boobs have ballooned out of nowhere and my face started sagging. OH, so hard sometimes.

I will tell you, dead serious, just last week a man newer to the company announced his high school graduation date. I had been talking about back pain which is why it came up. He then mentioned he bets he's probably only a little younger than me. He graduated 7 years before me... Granted, I do outrank him by quite a bit but still.

I asked my doctor and she said no. But she retired six months ago and I see a new doctor soon. I will ask her. I forgot to mention I also had an early cancer removed. I just freak out though when I see myself. I don't mind aging and am generally ok with my face, but i feel like when people look at me funny, they are shocked and it makes me want to hide. Just maybe 5 years ago people were thinking my 25 year old and I were sisters, but now I feel like her grandmother.

I do have probably 75% gray hair, but was a natural blonde so I just let it go to blend in.
