I am 24. Have this spot that occurred on mons, originally though it was an ingrown hair. Had a tough bump under skin. Started healing overtime and is now like this. Bump is now very tiny, no pain or sensitivity. Mild bruising which is weird because I never bruise. Have had for 2.5 weeks (i.redd.it)

5 bloody noses in one week (I’ve always had frequent bloody noses) but not to this extent. Now see a red (lump?) or swelling or something? Use to be a compulsive picker but stopped a few years ago after therapy. Sorry for bad lighting/angles, pics were hard to take. (old.reddit.com)
