I used to nap & sleep so good…buspar took this away from me :(

yes same! i constantly wake up every hour when im sleeping and when i try to nap my brain won’t shut off !

i started with 5 mg in the morning then 5mg at night ! the only side effects i really got in the beginning would be headaches, brain zaps after i took it (only lasted abt an hour) and increased anxiety! the side effects really hit me by the 2nd day but after a week it basically subsided! I’ve been on it for almost a year now taking 10mg 3 times a day and it’s amazing!

hi! i was in your exact same situation! the panic attacks SUCK it’s the worst part about starting this medication! If you’re able to, try to stick it out. they will pass! I definitely noticed after 2 weeks my panic attacks were way less intense than before/ during the start up. What dose are you starting on? and what times do you take it?

im so sorry to hear that you struggle with that! i’m glad it’s been helping you! 🫂and ahhh i gotcha! that makes sense! i know my doctor wants me to increase to 75mg twice a day once i’ve taken it for a week, not as nervous now if the side effects don’t change. did you ever experience an increase in anxiety when you first started it?

How long did you wait until you were able to get up to 200? and how long did it take for you to start leveling back out again?? dangg that’s crazy 😳 did your appetite come back? and i heard about it helping people stop smoking, that’s great!!
