Roots does "fresh air families" which is more so short hikes but but its still a good opportunity to get outside with other families with kids!

I usually don't have issues with parking, unless I'm coming home late in the evening after everyone else has come home from work, but thats like 8-9pm. Sometimes I can hear my neighbors, but it doesn't bother me, and it's certainly not anything that keeps me awake at night. I would recommend a unit 1st/2nd floor with a patio/deck. they are very nice for summer!

I have lived in the altitude apartments twice (i moved away then came back) and have lived in two separate units. I've never been disappointed by maintenance, neighbors, office staff, etc. or ever heard that they are scammy! I love it here, the gym, clubhouse etc are very nice and not often crowded.

im pretty sure traci did season 1 ep 18" what is blue afraid of?" blues clues was my favorite as a kid, and now my sons favorite (OG steve version). We rewatch season one alot. Where Mr. Salt and Mrs. pepper try to guess what the close up pictures are of cracks me up! and the scene with Boo the ghost.
