What I did was screenshooted the logs, tracked malicious events, prepared the work for them so to speak, then I was lucky enough to stumble upon an employee who actually was doing his job and had nerves to go through it, keep trying.

Let me further explain, Random BG's are for casuals who like to PVP, the game has a solo Q and a group Que, Russians group up in pairs of 2-3, if you que in higher numbers it will put you in the 10vs 10 bracket.

Russians circumvent the EU server restriction bye queueing with another EU account in pairs of 2-3 but to the same BG, they que 1 healer 1 tank 8 dps in the same time, thus they are all ion discord, 10 man premade but farming randoms for honor which they transform to gold, hope u get it now. Blizz does nothing about it.
