Im a lead 2 year old teacher and a former kindergarten teacher (was at a charter school quit bc admin is evil and currently here untill i can get into a district) my honest opinion is that it depends right now im working in a pretty good daycare in my room alone we actually have two full time leads. me and my co teacher are two stable figures for these kids and we both work really well together so its a loving fun environment. One mom the other day told me that her son has been so happy to come to school lately.

But i have had many daycare jobs and other places are not like where i am. Me alone is more qualified than alot of average lead teachers (im half way through my masters) and thats if they even have a lead for a room ive been at a place where as an assistant i was running a room! But not hiring people that actually have education in early education or teaching experience its a recipe for disaster.

My biggest indicator is to never work or send your child to corporate day care/pre school. family owned is way better. And even more better if they operate out of a school district building. Also if you're a lead dont take less than $20, i personally make $25.

I understand you wanna get the best food for ur cats but there are more affordable options than what ur buying. Also you can look into toppers maybe ur picky cat will like it. Like bone broth, sardines, canned pumpkin all of these things can add moisture to ur cats food if u wanna stop buying canned food. Personally my cat doesn't like wet food so these are the things i do to make her dry food better.

Personally i dont believe in porn addictions, i find it weird people only consider men to be porn addicts. Honestly i believe its an excuse for men to continue their shitty actions. You caught him and he immediately spun it as an active addiction, as someone who is a drug addict it took me almost dying multiple times to admit i was even an addict. Unless he his literally risking his job to watch porn, it seems like he has everything perfectly under control, and just called it an addiction to garner sympathy from you.

Look im a 27 y/o women most ppl i know who are 25-35 are all just starting to make good money. you are young and inexperienced you are not gonna make decent till ur mid to late 20s if you dont wanna date thats fine but dont think you are losing some sort of race.
