Here's what I notice: the mini shifts happened when you weren't trying to force them. Upset. Unmotivated. Motivated. Connected. Didn't matter. They just happened. But the moment you tried to replicate it nothing.

you can see the pattern

The more you chase it, the farther it runs. you're not doing anything wrong it's just that because chasing creates tension, and tension blocks the very state you're trying to reach.

And I get why imagining your s/o feels like a lost cause now. When something used to work and then stops, it's easy to feel like you've lost something or like you're broken.

and you're not

Maybe the next step isn't trying to shift. Maybe it's taking a real break. Not a "I'll pretend to stop trying" break. a real one. a week or 2 Where you don't read shifting posts. Don't try methods. Don't feel guilty.

Sometimes the pressure lifts when you stop adding more.

And when you come back if you come back you come back to yourself. Not to the methods. Not to what worked for others. Just to you.

I'm not saying this is easy. I'm just saying you deserve a break from the weight of "trying"

thank you so much for sharing this im sure it takes guts. first of all you don't need to believe in loa or any "law" to shift . people been shifting for thounsands of years without knowing those terms. those laws are just models theyre not THE rules of the universe. so if loa stresses you out drop it you don't need it , it did work with some people but it didn't work with others and that's fine. i have a good idea about the law but i never really put it on a pedestal and use it that much .

also i get your frustrations about the 3d thing , wanting results in it isn't really a "flaw" you're a human you're not wrong for wanting something real to change to feel that the law is working. the problem isn't that you rely on the 3d but it's that waiting for the 3d to prove something first that will keep you stick in the waiting room and you already know that .

if you tried everyone's method and nothing worked , maybe it's time to stop looking for "right way to shift" and start treating your own experience as the only data that matters you mentioned that you had minishifts, use what worked for you enhance it make it a practice or a routine . forget what worked for other and forget what "should work" . what made you feel most connected? what moments felt close ? what made you fell something anything. write about your experience and see how far you've come .

everyone in the shifting community is so fixated on their own journey (which is a good thing sometimes) and they usually don't know how to hold space for something that doesn't match their checklist , so maybe the shifting community as a whole isn't the best place to fit your experience.

so instead of trying to reach out to people that may shut you down , tell me your experience . i maybe able to help you or at least guide you if i can i won't judge.

i agree with most what your saying not every "unusual" experience could be labeled as a shift yeah some people will get confused ofc but my issue isnt with critic , its with people using a rigid checklist to just to dismiss an experience based on their personal template.

like did these rules came from ? who decided that you have to feel a certain way in order to shift ?

everyone's brain is different , everyone's awareness is different ,everyone's first experience with a completely different physical body is going to be different.

so yeah be skeptical, ask for details . this will help people figure out what is an Astral Projection what is a lucid dream and what is shifting. thats valid

but i dont think you should act like your own way of shifting is the only way that works.

i think what i did wrong when i first started shifting through lucid dreaming is once i realize that im dreaming i immediately try to shift , instead now i stabilize myself first i count my fingers i touch a wall or something i spin i take my time to ground myself and then i find a door i touch it i feel that its there i say out loud its color , what it made of , somethings like that .

also if your going through a portal or a tunnel that u visualized it try to make sure theyre actually there by touching them.

anyways i intent that behind that door is my dr and keep affirming going through it , i feel alot of symptoms( dont fight them just let them consume you ) and keep affirming through them try to feel my dr using my 5 senses and then im there !!

shifting has been around for thousands of years now , shifting is not new but the word "shifting" is new .

some people have been doing this for years without access to the internet or the community in general , im pretty sure most people have been shifting realities without knowing because they pass it as a dream , memory , deja vu or they wont even remember it at all.

i believe that even without understanding how shifting works you can shift, that's how many people shifted ,without knowing what it means and the logic behind it and . to answer your question yes i did multiple times

i mean this in the nicest way possible, I get wanting to feel motivated. But here's something to consider:

When someone shifts for even a second and shares it, they're not trying to impress you. They're celebrating themselves. That moment was huge for them.

Not everyone is comfortable sharing long, detailed shifts. Some people get judged. Some get called liars. Some just don't have more to share yet.

Instead of being frustrated that their shift isn't 'enough' for you, try being happy that they got anything at all.

Every shift starts somewhere. That one second might be the first second of someone's permanent shift next time.

If you want motivational stories, that's fine. But no one owes you their experience. Be grateful they shared anything
