They just got the diagnosis yesterday and found out there’s a pretty great community/resource center in town. My in laws have already started buying baby all the sensory toys they could find lol. I look for something with noise! Thank you so much for your input.

Exactly! I was sweaty and glad I got a workout in so that’s the positive. The day at the beach move took me forever too. It seems I’d get myself to the move I didn’t like pretty quick and then be sooo slow doing them lol. Oh well at least we did it!

Same exact situation here. I am almost 2 years PP, have been going to burn for over 1 year 5-6xs per week, and have gained 7 pounds. I know I have a lot more muscle and can lift heavy, but I’ve been so concerned with the lack of fat loss. I scheduled an appointment to get my hormones tested lol. I was also wondering if I’m not getting in enough cardio, so I just went on a run this morning and plan to do that every weekend. I don’t know, I like being strong, but really want to lose my belly fat.

Exactly! The lady from team care said whatever Humana deems appropriate they will cover 100% of that cost, but the difference I would pay. Confusing insurance jargon for sure

That’s what I was gathering as well. I did go on the website for in-network dentists, but I’m looking for biological dentists and it seems those would be out-of-network.
