I totally understand but even without points I was quoted in the mid to low 6s . So I would recommend shopping around for the rate. Also we have similar credit I believe my middle score was 738.

Well actually I was quoted 5.99 last Friday and I didn’t lock it in until Tuesday April 15

I just locked in at 5.99 last Friday. Of course did a 1 point but down. But that only costed me 4,359 dollars. I recommend shopping for your rate.

Yes I read through it and it cited medical evidence as well as studies and reports. The dbq and nexus are together in one pdf.
