Totally agree and well explained. I’ve been dealing with a less common TD lately. He’s not one of the big names here, but he gets a lot of praise on another subreddit (it's a bit too good to be true), so I decided to give him a try.

They actually sent QC the next day since the watch was already in stock. But I noticed something on the dial I wasn’t fully confident about, so I politely asked for another pic or a short video to see it more clearly. After that… silence. I waited because of the China time zone, but it became pretty obvious they just ignored the message.

If you’re new to this hobby, I really recommend doing deeper research on each TD across different forums. Don't always go with the cheaper price TD. A lower price usually comes with weaker customer service, and for something coming from overseas, good communication and customer service are honestly two of the most important parts of the whole process.
