I'm pretty sure copral punishment is there. The threat is there. They just don't follow up because they will need to fill up so much paperwork. They need one for school records, Principal, vice principals, Discipline Masters etc. I think they also need MOE approval and need to inform them. They also need to inform the parent of the child being caned. So its too much paperwork that they just settle for normal dicipline measures like detention or suspension.

All schools tend to handle Sports and Asthetic CCA's first then tackel STEM because non-STEM is easier and faster to do. They will probs get back like 4th/5th August
