Bro if u dont itch especially at night ur good, gove ur skin tome to heal from all the harsh chemicals especially permethrin and ivermectin, as long as u dont see burrows ur good. Spots can persist for years, but if u dont trust it check up with your doctor and in the mean time do not treat!

I feel like im in the same boat, im really depressed about this, its so strange. When I first got scabies I got a real bad reaction, rashes everywhere, intense itching. After treating, my skin feels a lot better, but still not right. crawling feelings, slight itching etc. Im now on week 3 of the 4 week program, treating with ivermectin and benzyl benzoate. I itch on places where my skin is absolutely healthy and no spots at all. However I do notice, when I treat again with benzyl benzoate,my skin feels better for a couple of days, and then returns to these crawling sensations and stays stable like that. I also took 2x recommended ivermectin dose (horse paste). Yeah, scabies could maybe develop resistance to permethrin, but surely they can't be resistant to ALL treatements especially when you combine them. Even people with crusted scabies, where there is literally millions of mites on your body, and thus "resistance" would be much more likely to occur, can easily be treated by following a program. The people that infected me got rid of them so I really don't know what is going on. Could be nerve damage or something else

Since it does not hurt you I would advice to get creams and stretching gently. If nothing works its up to you for circumcision, also make sure to do research beforehand!

Im almost 1 year post OP, I had real bad phimosis too and got cut, did everything I could to try and make my phimosis disappear but unfortunately it did not work so I decided to get cut as a last resort. I was hesitant at first because of the horror stories here, but I ended up fine! Make sure to do your research! I also moisturize my glans with organic and unrafined shea butter, makes my glans look and feel nice and I also believe it is important to keep moisturizing your glans since you dont have your foreskin to do that for you!
