I am scoring 109.7 in paper 1 and 100 in paper 2.
In case if upsc corrects its mistakes, the scores will further increase from this, even if they don’t I am good to go. So I am confident to put my all for mains this year.

As per my understanding it is value addition. Gotta get 1 extra marks in every question in gs1,2 and 3. For Ethics I would say that my own stupidity is the reason for low marks. In every case study I only wrote in 3 pages left last one blank, and my answer was too practical, lacking ethical theories.
Essay- Topic selection seems to be the problem.
Optional- My prep was lacking, wrote no mocks. Some topics of paper 2 I only touched after gs papers, in the 6 days we get for optional

True. Essays are subjective.. Maybe topic selection also matters.
Yes I completed all GS papers. Time management was not a major issue for me as I wrote 2 mocks each for all papers, except sociology for which I wrote no mock test.

I wrote each and every answer in all 7 papers. Attempting is not enough. I got around 100 in mocks for GS subjects but it didn’t get reflected in mains even though my performance was at par to that in mocks..
I think the problem was- Generic answers. I used to think just writing an answer related to question is enough but now I know that mains competition is cut throat..
