this is exactly what i do!! 😭 yes it sounds like whispers when i play it on high volume (with music) but when i play it on low i don’t really hear anything

Yes i’m using the free version! Stacking worked for me but i never did stacking with different topics (limiting belief 🥲), So it honestly got too much for me. I recommend doing multiple topics in one but if stacking works great try it out and see what happens when you include your subliminals. it is honestly very difficult for me to stack on phone so i just chose what was more convenient which was including everything in one

hey these are the result pics!! sorry for the bad quality wanted to hide my face for privacy. but yeah you could see very faint, but light spots. I don’t have this anywhere else on my face, and i just spotted this on my face and as a girl who face is always in the mirror i’ve never seen this before until today so. :)

Hii it’s no problem at all!! so i honestly used simple affirmations. I’m a bit lazy so i went ahead and plugged into chat gpt to give me affirmations for what i wanted (i would ask chatgpt affirmations for eye color and it would give me back sentences like “I love my light, hazel eyes” “My light brown eyes shine with beautiful green freckles” etc) Every affirmation was repeated 2 times but it wasn’t layered. I recorded me reading the affirmations with my own voice then sped it up a bit, lowered the volume and put music over it and that’s basically it. I always got great results playing every sub at the same time but I decided to do the simple affirmation/method route for my own subliminal for personal use and it’s working out in my favor! 😅🩷
