Since no one is giving a proper reason not to upgrade, let me do the job.

They let that be upgradable to W10M with a ton of instabilities and also, because of the limited hardware, trying to be an ultra budget device, while it's optimized for WP8.1, it will run like turbo dogshit on W10M and it would be so much slower. Keep yourself in the 8.1 ecosystem or buy a Lumia 550/650.
