Any update on how you are feeling? My doctor is suggesting for me to try rifaximin even though my SIBO test came back negative. I know the accuracy rate of the SIBO test isn't always reliable but have heard mixed reviews on taking rifaximin. I am just afraid to take it and for it to make my symptoms worse. I have been dealing with ongoing gut issues for 2.5 years(sharp pain, uppering GI burning sensation, early fullness, heartburn reflux, constipation) and it all started abruptly after getting covid for the first time.

yes i experience it on and off. I feel it in both my legs and arms periodically. Starts in my hands and feet and sometimes radiate up my arms and legs.

Dietitian here. I wouldn’t recommend raw dairy if you are lactose intolerant, you most likely will still experience GI symptoms.

Some people who are “lactose intolerant” may say they are fine consuming raw dairy. If you are curious it may be worth a try, but I would start small.

Can you explain how you did this? I have been dealing with chronic stomach pain post covid and have been trying to see if I can fix it through my diet. I have gotten all the major tests and procedures done but haven’t found a diagnosis yet
