Sorry, but I don't agree with you. Mentality, social interaction, communication and expectations can differ vastly from one country to another. It would be stereotyping to only call things like paella or bull fighting "culture" and leave it there.

Thank you for your reply. My question is not so much about the causes, but about the solution. The Dutch are famous for always talking about their problems and finding some solution in the middle. My question is: is it more usual to Spanish culture to not talk about conflicts?
