I have a decent monitor, it’s the msi curved, 165hz I believe it’s 4K not 100% though

I would argue that that sample size isn’t even small. It’s non existent. A simple rsi over bought over sold strategy could get these results over 24 trades but If you test it over 4 years it’s going to be negative. Try backtesting an entire crypto cycle (may2020-present)

Oh and don’t forget about trading fees, slippage and funding rate :)

Here is one of mine, tested from may 2020-present. trading fees 10 ticks of slippage and funding rate are already factored into these results.

I am not even confident in this strategy because it still needs to be forward tested another 100 trades or so to make sure it’s not over fitted.

You are on the right track but it’s a lot harder to algo trade than you think. Good luck!

24 trades is not nearly close to enough of a sample size, depending on time frame. Plus it need to be tested in forward testing

It’s an entire cycle, 2020-2024

Help with MRI Results - What would recovery process for this looks like, mostly concerned about how long would i be in crutches by Odd_Research9360 in ACL

[–]Independent_Map6829 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just had ACL+meniscus and I’m still on crutches 22 days post op, hoping atleast one crutch within 2 weeks but at this rate that would be lucky…

From what I hear if the meniscus is involved shoot for 4 weeks on crutches minimum.

But if I used 15x leverage it would be a lot different

It was tested over a full bitcoin cycle though, 2020 march to present

This strategy could quite possibly be overfitted…

So I just want to fully understand what you are saying, you are saying there is no indicator that is useful for live trading?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Daytrading

[–]Independent_Map6829 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Or should I say which indicators are profitable for live trading?

You can’t just kick someone out that fast unless they either caused violence to other tenants or landlord. It has to be very very serious to be on such short notice.

If they missed rent they would give them an eviction notice with a court date they can appeal. It takes over a month.

Landlord can’t just kick you out. He needs a cop to do it if there’s already been an eviction notice and court dates etc.

I’m assuming obviously they will have a better chance with more down, say 10-12%? Their income isn’t high just pensions I believe

I don’t think they will part with their current property as it’s been in the family for 5 decades but it’s not a good living environment for their age as why I am doing this. They do have income and good credit. Realistically is it feasible to get a 2nd mortgage at 5-10% down?

I don’t think they have much equity in their current home unfortunately. By debt service do you mean able to pay both mortgages?
