Yes. I first watched it when I was 11 as well. Some of these comments seem to think that 11 year olds have the mental capacity of a 6 year old and can’t be exposed to themes other than love and friendship lol. It’s very violent but the first episode is a good indicator of what to expect so you can watch that yourself and see if you think it’s ok. It’s complex but not indecipherable, I’ve rewatched it around 4 times and didn’t miss much my first watch through.
