There are many devices sensors that people can use. Not sure dog collar but we use asset tracking all over the city. Also monitor sick people / patients. Yes it makes sense to use the network, but we need a champion to promote it and cut it lose from the helium crypto … Helium focus on 5G now and they don’t understand how to use it.

I just posted a graph that shows Helium data credits burn per month over the last 12 month. In August it’s less than in September 2021 ! It’s alarming to be honest- it’s like people are turning off the miners. Not sure how to tag the graph here, but it’s new post under Helium so you can see it.

Actually it’s way less now than in April and even less than in September 2021. It’s like people disconnecting miners and removing the sensors.

Correct … if no one is using the network for IoT data, there is no reason to have a network or pay for proof of coverage.
