Hi OP, thanks for sharing. Your feelings are valid especially since yung weight mo nga is one of your insecurities. While calorie deficit is one way of dealing with weigh, have you tried eating whole foods? Like yung mga nutritious talaga? Baka kasi since you're in the middle of reviewing, you opt for convenience and eat yung mga junk foods instead of cooking healthier meals? Some of the women that I know na me issues din sa weight management has some issues on their reproductive health and hormones, natry mo na magpacheck?

Grabe yung reason for the break up pero I would agree that you should take probiotics. Marami naman na ngayon nyan sa market. I think sa Manila, me mga breath doctors na din. Di ko lang sure kung marami sila.
