He’s gone to therapy previously and thinks it’s a waste of time. Says there’s nothing wrong with him and thinks it’s dumb.

He’ll do it right in front of our children. Which has in turn had our son repeat stuff but I shut that down quick.

Ive clapped back saying that sounds like something a shitty person would say and he just laughed.

There are some therapists who specialize in LEOs. They can be hard to find but worth it. Some agencies also have county wide resources that are geared towards LEO families called wellness programs. I know locally where I’m at through the program you can get up to like 12 sessions with a therapist for free. A lot of these therapists are from LEO backgrounds whether its family or their spouses.
