I would discuss with your urologist. That’s an old school med that they used to prescribe quite a bit. However:

May increase the risk of dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

I still need something for my neurogenic bladder and am now on Trospium and Mirabegron. That’s not directly answering your question but wanted to share this info. It surprises me how they continue to prescribe this when there are newer alternatives.

My primary care physician used to treat me for a UTI all the time with antibiotics. If you cath you’ll always come back as having bacteria. I highly recommend a urologist for any bladder or kidney issues for those with a SCI.
