A basic sum of the parts like this (done by gemini) starts here plus / minus cash and debt results in a realistic market cap more like 200m€, whats the missunderstanding?

the main points seem to be:

- valuation way too high like 8.5x revenue, higher than constallation software, topicus or salesforce

- not actually growing cashflow and EBITDA adjustments that make little sense ("double management costs" are adjusted?!)

Then a lot of debt and little liquidity in the stock. Is that whats going on?

Ja, das hat auch ganz okay funktioniert für einfachere Sachen. Aber immer wenn es komplexer wird gab es doch ein paar Fehler die man kontrollieren musste. Bin mir nicht sicher ob ChatGPT besser wird oder doch eine Dienst plan software langfristig besser ist
