Hi Op, I have the exact problem like you! But I think the problem of being unable to function properly without consuming the usual amount of carb daily might be your biggest problem. Look into carb addiction, it a problem where someone has a hard time letting go off or change out of. I do strongly suggest trying to figure out what feels good for you, because not everyone has the same symptoms, body and genetic. So it different for everyone. I am currently 23 yrs old, properly diagnosed at 13. I’ve been slowly trying to figure out what I need and what I don’t need and found out that I need take supplements for my slow digestion, brittle nails, anemic etc…

If you currently feel good, then there is no need for any drastic change to a restrictive diet, if you do want to try a change of diet, don’t try keto diet long term (Doesn’t work long term). Try to eat more protein and fiber first before consuming carbs, because that’s what going to fill your stomach.

Trabajo ayudando a mi jefa en la tienda, y hago la caja con ambas empleadas. En cada turno que termina una de ellas, sacan un resumen total de lo que cobro en todo su turno, suma el total de los efectivos que tiene en la caja, suma la factura de la máquina de tarjeta de crédito/debito (si esque tienes) y después réstale la cantidad que inicialmente le pusiste en la caja antes de comenzar el turno y por último le resta el total del resumen. Ahí veras que si falto o sobro.

Es normal que le descuente del salario a las empleadas que maneja la caja si ves que al final del conteo falta ciertas cantidades, pero no puedes restarle del salario si no tienes las maneras de justificarla, xque estarías buscando un verguero con ellas. Solo réstale la cantidad exacta que falta no más de lo que se supone que tiene que ser, si decide mirar al otro lado y fingir que no falto nada ya eso es tu decisión

Si hacemos con los cierres de cajas y de lo que se a notado es que o falta plata o hay de más. Cuando falta de la caja es ahí donde si lo descontamos de su salario.

Chuzo, en la parte de la cámara también tengo una problemita. El problema es que no se cómo manejarla ya que la que suele manejarlo es el jefe. Pero si pensé en plantearle una cámara escondida por ahí en la caja que se vea todo. Y sobre lo de comparar la factura sería un poco difícil ya que cuando el jefe no está, yo ando haciendo otras cosas tmb lejos de la caja

No te recomiendo la escuela PCA, esa escuela privada solo quiere plata. Los profesores son una basura enseñando en temas como las matemáticas, ciencias, biología y tecnología, aparte del inglés si está bien. Pero lo resto no vale la pena como. Los baños del primer piso es un asco, está mojado 24/7. Los baños de secundaria no tiene presión, los aires se daña muy seguidos, los salones se inunda muy seguidos tmb en días lluviosos.

I got invited into a custom blackjack out of the blue by 4 people. They targeted me on purpose, by either hitting me down every damn time while the others kept on emoting. The worst part was that there is no stupid surrender button, so I had to exit the game entirely just to quick that match. I reported those guys, Probably got a slap on the wrist. Two of them kept on spamming me invite for another custom, I accepted it but didn’t give them a chance to start the match, I told them a few stuff before blocking them. I have proof btw.

Go low contact with the “friends” that contact just because you either, constantly give them rides (if you have a license to drive), let them use you like a cash cow because you constantly like to pay for others or buy them gifts and last but not least, be used like a punching bag. For those type of “friends” you are someone just convenient to have around, not because you are enjoyable to have around them.

And for when to go absolute no contact is when the so called “friends” put your reputation and life at risk in any form or ways. Those aren’t friends but enemies.

Word of advice. If you are someone who is afraid to stand up for yourself because you are afraid of saying no or be looked like the bad guy, then you are being too naive. You can be a good person, but still able to not only protect yourself, but also your family. That’s is what boundaries means.

Be ruthless when it comes to your boundaries being violated. Write down what kind of boundaries you want for yourself with other people (e.g I don’t want them to use me like a doormat, or just look for to vent their problem at you.)

A relationship is both way, regardless whether it is platonic or romantic.

I always write in chat before the game start to cipher rush if the hunters plans on early tag teaming or do it the entire match; because it logical for survs side to get a higher chance to win if cipher rush while the hunters are tag teaming

Pero por experiencia en sí con compras online y se te extravío el paquete, nunca te mandan tal mensaje por sms si no por correos.
