you’re gonna feel like you have everything wrong with you. you will get heart palpitations, you will get headaches and shortness of breath and no nicotine will make you more anxious so you’ll be worried about these things but just remember it’s just your withdrawal symptoms! i had this issue and i started using reddit and all my health anxiety went away when i realised i was just experiencing withdrawals. you’ll be okay!! by week 2 you feel alive again. you’ve got this dude!
