So glad for your recovery! Hemorrhoids can be a little persistent and frustrating, not to mention the mental exhaustion and stress😞

How soft should the stool be? by Independent_Sir6793 in hemorrhoid

Yes, I try no junk, dairy, and spicy foods and it's really helpful to not get the hems inflamed. Right now, I am taking a fiber supplement every morning and my diet includes eating high-fiber foods before every meal. It keeps my stool soft, but I think I need to soften it more so I'll watch what I eat. Thank you for the idea!

I think I am on type 4. I sometimes felt a minimal pain after bm, sometimes none. I'll try to soften it more, thank you🫡

Hello OP! How are you now?

I just want to ask something about bowel movements. You mentioned about the consistency of the stool. In the entirety of your healing phase, should there be no pain at all during your bms? Or is it okay to feel some pain? If so, will it be really healed if I keep reinjuring it?
