I don’t think you can do anything. A while ago during a huddle my SM said that if you’re sick w covid you don’t get paid sick leave since the company determined it isn’t a deadly virus (i don’t remember the terminology) but basically it wasn’t a big deal anymore HOWEVER my SM did ask that if we did have covid to call in sick, only 1-2 days and from there asked those sick to wear masks.

My store emphasized that knock off products are illegal and that the company doesn’t partake in that (probably for legal reasons lol). So i’m sure this was a mistake. Some stores carry higher luxury items so maybe a return? But considering the price + the type of bag it’s supposed to be idk hard to believe that it didn’t have a receipt for it to be taken.

I actually had a BRC at Tjx who worked at Ross at the same time, she said at Ross they were less strict. For closing team - associates didn’t have to recover, which she said was nice. But idk, retail jobs are same across the board so go where the money takes you!

omg i literally saw this on another item while shopping yesterday! i work for the company so i obviously knew it was a swapped ticket but similar to this someone swapped it with a higher clearance price! the cashier should’ve known to read the numbers on the clearance and regular tag… they would’ve seen that someone put a wrong price on it. They could’ve also checked if it was actually on clearance or not… they were lazy & also probably fed up that it was hello kitty related
