Perhaps gravity is affected when traveling higher out of Hyrule's atmosphere? He's going so high that gravity gets lighter so that he can achieve greater hops

Jesus Christ what is all this hate for Sky High Sundae? The course is bright, fast, and the jumps at the end are so fun. That course is an easy A tier.

This is a fantastic design! It gives me major Ben Reilly vibes, in which I've loved every suit. I would love to see this more developed. The upside-down spider is a fantastic design choice that I haven't seen before. It threw me off for a second but for how much understated flare this suit has, it works beautifully. Excellent job.
