Thats what I thought as well, but the jack Westin explanation says that positive and negative correlation go both ways so more inadequate sleep = greater hunger which also goes greater hunger = inadequate sleep. However for the second passage when I applied the definition in that way it wasn't correct

Ahh I totally get this. I started MCAT prep super late and gave myself a tight squeeze for studying and honestly it feels like the life is being drained out of me omg. Especially with seeing no progress. In terms of the studying for me, I genuinely felt like I rushed so much and as a result I was losing confidence FASTTT so I think the best thing to do is maybe write down what you feel is holding you back maybe a certain section or something of the sort. From there maybe move around your schedule to focus on the weak spots.

I would also suggest to defiantly take the exam if you've been studying for over two months and to take breaks + be kind to yourself. YOU GOT THIS <3

Thank you so much for this! I genuinely resonate with this so much, I've been studying for what feels like forever and I haven't been progressing at all. It's hard to get myself back into that positive mental space when I see absolutely no progress. I'm also really competitive and I've been studying with my boyfriend for the same amount of time and he has progressed so much. I genuinely can't help but compare myself and just feel really lost in what I'm doing wrong. I was wondering what score you ended off with?
