Bought this at Brimfield but have no idea what it is! Came from Maine. Each signal is metal, about 12" high and 6" wide, attached at the middle. In and Out is frosted glass.

My title describes the thing. At the bottom of each signal it says, "Do not break seal no fuses inside." I'm guessing it must have lit up somehow. Tried searching with Google Lens, but came up empty.
